I heard you mention that you sometimes take on new to ruby devs. I’d like to be considered for such an opportunity.
I’m a senior .net dev, transitioning to ruby and freelancing. I’m a big fan of craftsmanship and would love an opportunity to apprentice. I love tdd and pairing. I’ve done remote pairing several times and like it even more than side by side. I confident I would be productive on a team in short order. ( at least in javascript, html, css, sass, coffeescript, ci, agile, git, etc…)
Here is a side project I started just before christmas. It’s uses knockout.js, qunit, and less. I feel like I barely knew javascript before, but now absolutely love it!

I would like to hire you as a mentor. I’m a Groovy and Grails expert and I’ve adopted a Rails application. The CoC comes very easy to me but I feel like I have a race car and I only can go in 2nd or 3rd gear. I have no 1st, reverse, or 4th. A bit of mentoring would go a long way.
